Once you have built your desired fire-rated furniture, added it to the cart and checked out using our no-commitment payment-free system, one of our team members will contact you to set up your design consultation. During this free service, we'll discuss the furniture you've selected, the available options, the types of fire-rated fabrics, the colours, fabric grades and overall needs specific to your budget. Then, we will send you actual fabric swatches so you can see and feel the differences.
Since fabrics range in grade quality, the actual cost can vary by 20% (up, or down!). So, we can find the best fabric that works best for you.
Once we confirm grade and type of fabric, along with the colour, we will provide you with a formal quote.
If your order is part of a condo, building or corporate office design refurb, one of our professional designers can assist you with discussion and presentations to board members or management.
Once the order is placed and paid for, we typically allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We help coordinate delivery with the building manager or designated on-site point person. Also, our designer will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly for the white glove delivery.
Finally, you will receive a complete specifications package with documentation, including furniture specs, fabric swatch, fabric care instructions and fire-rated burn test documentation.

We believe that ordering fire-rated furniture should be a smooth process. That’s why all of our furniture is conveniently available for delivery and setup in your condo, office tower, institution or commercial space. We can accommodate all delivery requirements, including working with loading docks and busy downtown streets.
There are several steps we take to ensure the safe and hassle-free delivery and setup of your purchases.
First, we will provide a quote for delivery and setup once the number of furniture pieces are confirmed, as well as the location and building details. Prior to delivery, we inspect all furniture pieces and work with your on-site contact or building manager to schedule a delivery during a convenient time.
Our experienced team carefully delivers the furniture with all protective layering, to add an extra layer of safety during the delivery process. Our team positions the furniture, sets it up according to the desired floor plan and levels it according to your floor pitch.
We also look after removing all packaging and protective material, leaving a clean space. Before leaving, a secondary on-site quality inspection is completed by our designer.
We can also remove and dispose of any existing furniture for a complete turn-key white-glove service experience.
